Worth Salvaging?
Recently bought chaos gloves (took me f...lipping ages) to go with black primeval on my male ranger... also bought tormented bow... but the armour actually looks better with the primeval gloves.
I really dont like the gloves atm, i cant find any armour that goes with them and I cant afford fow... gutted tbh. Im considering salvaging for mats, just wondered if its worth it... if i get like 3 ectos or dust i wont bother... how many or what do u even get from salvaging them. |

I would save them.
You never know when you get that urge to have them back. Keep them for awhile, first. |

I predict in a month, you will get a VS, sell it, and afford Obby armor, and then you'll have salvaged those gloves, and you'll be like...shit

shows you should have done your research beforehand and checked to see how they'd look.
chaos gloves on male rangers look pants imo! as to what you should do, as has been suggested, keep hold of them for a while and you might change your mind, or just rotate them with the primeval gloves.... just 'cos they're chaos doesn't mean you need to wear them all the time |

You can sell armor just fine, the other person just can't use it. Someone would buy it for the (small) chance to salvage 30 ectos from it.

Well if you do salvage them please, please, please post a screenie so we all get a nice laugh out of it cause most people report getting around 10 ecto or less for salvaging them. But really its up to you but I would keep them. You will be kicking yourself if you find a new combo in the furture you like.

SAVE them!
If you sell them, they decrease in value. If you salvage them, they decrease in value. The take up 1 storage slot, most likely the most valuable storage slot you'll ever have. Either that, or you give'em to me ;D |

Before you scrap them, I recommend trying them on with a storm bow. If you dye them both white they look quite synergistic, like your bow is a part of your hands.

If you salvage them you will get a lot less in materials than the gloves are worth - a LOT less.
